How is pricing worked out?
Journeys are quoted flat and all-inclusive before you book, the journey, tolls, airport fees where they apply, and your included wait time. Nothing is metered and the rate does not move with traffic or demand. Hourly and as-directed bookings are priced against a booked minimum. Gratuity is stated explicitly on every quote.
Do you track flights?
Yes, automatically, on every airport booking from the moment it is confirmed. Early, late or diverted, your pickup adjusts and there is no charge for the delay.
Can you handle travel between Texas cities?
Yes. Dallas to Austin is around 195 miles, Austin to San Antonio about 80, Houston to Dallas roughly 240. All quoted flat, one way or return, with tolls included. For a small team a chauffeured Sprinter turns a long drive into working time rather than dead time.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Every chauffeur operating on our behalf is commercially licensed, background-checked and drug-tested, and carries commercial liability insurance. Vehicles run on a scheduled maintenance and inspection programme. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
