TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Genius Limo’s services—including City-to-City Rides, Airport Transfers, Hourly Hire, Chauffeur Services, Luxury Limousine Services, Business Travel, and Event Transportation—you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

• Services are available for individuals, corporations, travel agencies, and event organizers.
• Genius Limo may fulfill bookings directly or through licensed affiliates and independent chauffeurs under mutually agreed terms.
• Vehicles provided will meet local, state, and federal regulations for commercial passenger transport.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings may be made online, via phone, or through authorized partners.
• All fares, fees, and applicable surcharges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payments must be made using approved methods (credit/debit card, corporate account, wire transfer).
• Genius Limo reserves the right to pre-authorize payment cards prior to ride confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are refundable (minus processing fees, if applicable).
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: May result in full or partial charges as per the Cancellation Policy (Exhibit A).
• Affiliate/Driver Cancellations: Must provide immediate notice. Genius Limo reserves the right to suspend affiliates/drivers who repeatedly cancel.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details.
• Be on time at the pickup location.
• Treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully.
• Not use services for illegal activities, hazardous materials transport, or abusive conduct.

6. Affiliate & Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance.
• Provide professional, courteous, and safe service.
• Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness, safety, and luxury standards.
• Comply with Genius Limo’s code of conduct, service standards, and privacy obligations.

7. Service Limitations

• Genius Limo strives to provide punctual service but is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, flight changes, or force majeure events.
• Availability may vary by location; certain services may not be offered in all markets.

8. Liability & Indemnification

• Genius Limo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by law.
• Clients are responsible for damages caused to vehicles by their conduct.
• Affiliates and drivers agree to indemnify Genius Limo against claims arising from their service delivery.

9. Insurance Coverage

• All vehicles and chauffeurs must maintain proper commercial insurance coverage as required by local and federal regulations.
• Genius Limo also maintains corporate liability insurance for its operations.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Clients, affiliates, and drivers agree to comply with data protection standards when using our platforms and sharing client information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Genius Limo website, app, and marketing materials (logos, trademarks, text, software) are property of Genius Limo. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or misuse is prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms

Genius Limo may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Effective Date” and apply to new bookings immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law.

14. Termination

• Genius Limo may suspend or terminate services if clients, affiliates, or drivers breach these Terms.
• Affiliates may terminate partnerships by providing 30 days’ written notice (unless otherwise agreed).
