FBO car service is chauffeured ground transportation to or from a fixed-base operator at an airport. Genius Limo coordinates the ground leg around the confirmed FBO name, street address, flight timing and passenger needs. The airport code alone is not enough to establish the pickup point.

Private aviation pickups should be planned around the specific FBO, not the commercial airline terminal. Ask the flight coordinator for the confirmed facility name and street address, then include the passenger meeting instructions in the ground transportation request.
Share the estimated arrival time and an operations contact who can report changes. Tail numbers may help identify the flight, but some private-flight information is unavailable publicly. Direct updates from the flight department or charter coordinator remain important when schedules move.
Plan the meeting at the confirmed landside entrance unless another arrangement has been expressly authorized. Airside or ramp pickup depends on airport and FBO permission and is not included automatically. The chauffeur follows the location’s access and staging instructions.
For the return journey, tell the team when the passenger must arrive at the FBO, rather than only the aircraft’s departure time. Confirm the road journey, expected stop duration, luggage load and any crew or passenger changes before setting the pickup time.

What details do you need for a private jet pickup?
Provide the airport and exact FBO, expected arrival, tail number if available, passenger and luggage counts, destination and a flight-coordination contact. The reservations team will confirm the vehicle and meeting point.
Can the chauffeur meet passengers beside the aircraft?
Do not assume ramp or airside access. The standard plan is a confirmed landside meeting point. Any aircraft-side pickup requires specific airport or FBO authorization and must be agreed in advance.
What happens if a private flight is delayed or diverted?
Contact the reservations team as soon as the flight plan changes. Share the revised time, airport and FBO. Vehicle availability, waiting arrangements and any additional charges must be reconfirmed for the updated ground trip.
Can we arrange separate transfers for passengers and crew?
Yes, separate passenger and crew transfers can be requested. Supply the headcount, luggage, hotel or destination and schedule for each group so the team can review the appropriate vehicles and quote.
Can I keep the vehicle after an FBO pickup?
Request hourly chauffeur service if you need several meetings, stops or waiting after arrival. Confirm the booked duration, route, additional-time rate and return plan before travel.
