Several Houston companies rent Sprinter vans for you to drive yourself, which is a different product at a different price, if that is what you want, a rental company is the right call and we would say so. What we provide is the vehicle plus a commercially licensed, background-checked chauffeur who stays with the group for the booking.

Multi-hour and as-directed group bookings are priced hourly against a booked minimum. Multi-vehicle movements are quoted against the plan, headcount, pickup points and schedule, rather than as separate bookings added together.

On international arrivals at Bush Intercontinental this matters a great deal, groups rarely clear customs together, and a vehicle that leaves with the first three passengers strands the rest.

Yes. Galveston is roughly 50 miles from central Houston and 70 from Bush Intercontinental, so a cruise group transfer is a long run with a hard deadline. We schedule against the boarding cut-off rather than the sailing time, and on turnaround Saturdays we build in extra for the port and causeway backing up.

Yes. Every chauffeur operating on our behalf is commercially licensed, background-checked and drug-tested, and carries commercial liability insurance appropriate to group passenger transport. Certificates of insurance are available on request where a venue or corporate travel policy requires them.
