It depends where they are going. Love Field is about 7 miles from downtown and 5 from the Park Cities, and it is a much faster airport to move through, for a same-day domestic trip into central or north Dallas it usually wins on total door-to-door time. DFW is about 20 miles out but has far more destinations, all the international routes, and better connections. For anyone heading to Las Colinas, Fort Worth or the western side, DFW is closer as well.

Yes, and it is how most accounts operate. Assistants are set up as authorised bookers with visibility over reservations for the travellers they support. They can book, amend and cancel without the traveller involved, and receive the chauffeur and vehicle details directly.

Trips accumulate against the account and are invoiced on an agreed cycle, usually monthly. Each line shows the traveller, date, route, vehicle class and cost centre. No card is charged at the point of travel, and no traveller has to keep a receipt. Payment terms are agreed when the account opens.

Roughly 25 miles and typically 35 to 50 minutes depending on which corridor is moving. The Dallas North Tollway and the President George Bush Turnpike both serve that route and neither is reliably better, it depends entirely on the hour. On as-directed bookings the vehicle stays and additional time is billed in stated increments at the agreed rate, nobody negotiates on the day. On point-to-point bookings, tell us as soon as you know and we will hold the vehicle where we can. Corporate schedules slip constantly and it should not require a new booking every time.

We can quote scheduled shuttle programmes, campus to park-and-ride, inter-site runs, or hotel to venue for a conference. Be aware this is a different commercial arrangement from executive transfers, priced per vehicle-day against the routing and timetable rather than per journey. Give us headcount, route and hours and we will quote it properly.

Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable for a single executive transfer on an ordinary week. Book further ahead for multi-vehicle movements, during convention weeks, and around major events at the arena or the stadium district. For a recurring shuttle programme, allow a fortnight so the routing and timetable can be planned properly.
