What we will not do is leave because the block expired, if you are running over, we will tell your planner what the extension costs and keep going. At venues where the obvious drop point is a long way from cover, we identify an alternative in advance rather than working it out in the rain. If severe weather makes a route genuinely unsafe we will say so and reroute rather than attempt it.
