The thing every first-time visitor gets wrong: CVG is in Kentucky, not Ohio. It is about 13 miles from downtown Cincinnati and normally 20 to 35 minutes, but the journey crosses the Ohio River on the Brent Spence or Roebling bridges, and the Brent Spence is one of the more congested crossings in the region. We plan against the bridge, and we say so up front because the map makes the run look simpler than it is.
Cincinnati is a two-state metro and that shapes everything. Covington and Newport on the Kentucky side are minutes from downtown but on the other side of a river crossing; Blue Ash and Mason to the north are the corporate corridor. A day that touches both sides is an hourly booking.
Corporate work runs downtown, out to Blue Ash and Mason, and across the river into Northern Kentucky. Convention arrivals at the Duke Energy Center are coordinated as one programme rather than separate rides.
We serve Downtown Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine, Hyde Park, Blue Ash, Mason, Covington and Newport, point to point or by the hour. Whether it is an CVG airport run, a corporate day, an event night or a group moving together, the vehicle and chauffeur are booked for you and the fare is fixed before you travel. If a train, transit link or rideshare is genuinely the better call for your trip, we will say so rather than quote you twice.

No — Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International is in Kentucky, about 13 miles from downtown Cincinnati across the Ohio River. It is the single most common surprise for first-time visitors and it is why we plan the run against the bridge rather than the map.
Normally 20 to 35 minutes for about 13 miles. The Brent Spence Bridge is the variable and it is one of the more congested crossings in the region, so an early flight gets real margin built into the pickup time.
Yes. The Kentucky side is minutes from downtown and fully covered, alongside Blue Ash and Mason to the north.
Yes, and hourly is the right booking for it — the vehicle stays with you across the crossings instead of being re-dispatched each time.
