Possible flight connections to discuss: SGU or LAS. Send the actual airport, flight number and destination address so the team can confirm route availability, journey length and collection timing.
A venue name alone may not identify the right entrance. Include the hotel lobby, terminal, event gate or agreed street meeting point. Confirm venue access with the host or organizer and share those instructions with reservations.
If the return follows a performance, tour or outdoor activity, agree on where and when to meet before the outing. Ask whether a scheduled return or an hourly reservation with defined stops is suitable for your plans.
