Airport and pickup planning
Possible flight connections to discuss: PVD or BOS. Send the actual airport, flight number and destination address so the team can confirm route availability, journey length and collection timing.
A venue name alone may not identify the right entrance. Include the hotel lobby, terminal, event gate or agreed street meeting point. Confirm venue access with the host or organizer and share those instructions with reservations.
If the return follows a performance, tour or outdoor activity, agree on where and when to meet before the outing. Ask whether a scheduled return or an hourly reservation with defined stops is suitable for your plans.
What to include in your quote request
- Schedule and addresses
Travel date, pickup time, exact destination, stops and required arrival time. Include the return journey as its own leg.
- Passengers and equipment
Passenger count, suitcases, strollers, golf bags or skis, child-seat requests and accessibility needs. Capacity is confirmed for the assigned vehicle.
- Admission and access
Attraction tickets, park permits, guided tours and ferry passage are separate. Private transportation does not guarantee special entrances, internal access or event credentials.
- Written price and terms
Ask for the total price and applicable waiting, parking, toll, gratuity, change and cancellation terms before confirming.
