Airport and pickup planning
Possible flight connections to discuss: PWM or MHT. Send the actual airport, flight number and destination address so the team can confirm route availability, journey length and collection timing.
A venue name alone may not identify the right entrance. Include the hotel lobby, terminal, event gate or agreed street meeting point. Confirm venue access with the host or organizer and share those instructions with reservations.
