Airport and pickup planning
Possible flight connections to discuss: SBN or ORD. Send the actual airport, flight number and destination address so the team can confirm route availability, journey length and collection timing.
Send the event date, venue entrance and organizer's passenger loading instructions. Event restrictions can move the permitted vehicle meeting point away from the main entrance.
Agree the post-event meeting point and contact method before arrival. Confirm the waiting allowance and how a delayed event finish affects the return ride.
What to include in your quote request
- Schedule and addresses
Travel date, pickup time, exact destination, stops and required arrival time. Include the return journey as its own leg.
- Passengers and equipment
Share passenger numbers, suitcases, strollers, equipment, child-seat requests and accessibility needs. Capacity is confirmed for the assigned vehicle.
- Admission and access
Event tickets, hospitality passes and restricted-area credentials are separate. A transportation booking does not include special venue access.
- Written price and terms
Ask for the total price and applicable waiting, parking, toll, gratuity, change and cancellation terms before confirming.
Genius Limo provides independent transportation arrangements. Destination and venue names identify the places discussed and do not imply an official partnership. Review the destination background and confirm current visitor instructions directly with the venue, park or activity operator.
