Airport and pickup planning
Possible flight connections to discuss: PVD or BDL. Send the actual airport, flight number and destination address so the team can confirm route availability, journey length and collection timing.

- Written price and terms
Ask for the total price and applicable waiting, parking, toll, gratuity, change and cancellation terms before confirming.
