Plan a ride to Big Sur
Plan a coastal hotel or sightseeing itinerary around specific Big Sur stops. Give the exact lodge, restaurant and viewpoints you want to visit, rather than an open-ended coastal drive. Road closures and conditions can substantially alter a Highway 1 itinerary, so confirm the accessible route for your travel dates. Day trips and long-distance transfers require an agreed schedule and route-specific availability.
Request a prearranged black car, SUV, van or limousine for the road portion of your trip. Genius Limo confirms route coverage, available vehicle categories and a written quote for your travel date before accepting a reservation. Share the complete itinerary when your visit includes other destinations.

Airport and pickup planning
Possible flight connections to discuss: MRY or SJC. Send the actual airport, flight number and destination address so the team can confirm route availability, journey length and collection timing.
Share the complete resort, rental property or public meeting-point address, including gate and loading instructions. A beach or island name alone is not a pickup address.
Reserve the return leg with its own pickup time and meeting address, or request an hourly itinerary with defined stops. Confirm how schedule changes affect your reservation.
What to include in your quote request
- Schedule and addresses
Travel date, pickup time, exact destination, stops and required arrival time. Include the return journey as its own leg.
- Passengers and equipment
Share passenger numbers, suitcases, strollers, equipment, child-seat requests and accessibility needs. Capacity is confirmed for the assigned vehicle.
- Admission and access
Lodging, beach admission, ferries and activity reservations are separate. Confirm whether your itinerary requires a ferry or restricted property access before requesting the ride.
- Written price and terms
Ask for the total price and applicable waiting, parking, toll, gratuity, change and cancellation terms before confirming.
Genius Limo provides independent transportation arrangements. Destination and venue names identify the places discussed and do not imply an official partnership. Review the destination background and confirm current visitor instructions directly with the venue, park or activity operator.
